Long long time ago in an era before Indonesia & Laos build their HSR, one South Asian country was telling the world their will build HSR from Mumbi to New Delhi .... Big Grin

The Malaysia govt basically wants to build a HSR system but not pay for it. Let's see which bidder is dumb enough to bid for it.

Why need to pay when the HSR Contract can be sub out to 3rd party to operate and maintaince over next 50 years ?

M'sian often $ no enuf....still they are able to "pay" for F/A18, Su-27. Hawks, Submarines, drones etc etc Big Grin
