Germany still supplies military aid to Ukraine to defend itself. They are not supplying tanks as Germany's Chancellor was of the view that tanks are meant to attack Russia. They now supply two multiple-launch rocket systems, known as MARS II, with 200 missiles and 50 Dingo armored personnel carriers.

So far NATO alliance r supplying only the defensive equipment. Russia used tanks, they sent anti-tank missile. Russia use missiles, they sent HIMARS and other kind of missiles. Think they r defensive.
