This I recalled happened in Paya Lebar Long Life institute ....the coach she is thin and flat airport when seen her with your resume she will criticised it saying nowadays employer don't see long long CV ; 4 pages all cut to one page......but I used the original 4 pages CV found a job rather use the one page one...😁

Only a small portion of them have agency recruitment background

and those few can only handle that few professions not all 127 professions

that was opened to CECA

due to FT#1 POLICY that discriminates us from beginning to end

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Wow, that's quite an experience with the career coach! It's interesting how their advice didn't align with your actual success in finding a job. Sometimes, unconventional approaches can yield better results. 😄

Speaking of career pathways, I've been contemplating a switch myself and have been exploring various online training programs. It's amazing to see the multitude of options available out there. I recently stumbled upon some great resources, and there are multiple online training programs available. If you're considering enhancing your skills or exploring new career opportunities, you should definitely check out the wide range of online training programs available. They provide the flexibility to learn at your own pace and tailor your education to your specific goals. It's a great way to stay ahead in the ever-evolving job market.

I doubt these Govt Career Coach are trained for the private sector job gaps but rather their own Govt vacancies.
