US economy is in deep shit. He wants a major reset to make US great again. And the only way to do that is to start a war but in a smart way.

A war needs to end up in USA. Should also tactically attack infrastructure so that everything gets demolished for ease of infrastructure redevelopment plan that the US govt had planned for.
