I think those home owners renting out rooms might be affected especially i bet many will probably commute to and fro to work , can save up a lot of money from renting a room.

Many Singaporeans also have families in Malaysia mah! They also go back to JB after office hours mah!

I think HDB can only rent out to EP holders and

all Malaysian work pass holders

Those who depend on rental to survive

jialat!

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Many will not rent any room anymore.
Can save a lot of money,
They rather commute daily and can even buy breakfast and lunch to spore too.
Save a lot of money.
