Singapore roads are very dangerous. In such a tiny island, accident rates are considered very high. Really sad for her when she is looking forward to her future career. From video, the driver hit her on purpose. Hope court wil give a heavy sentence of at least 2 years jail to punish him deeply.

Yah, that one the driver will surely get a very harsh punishment. I would say it's bordering on premeditated murder.
