Reit are high gear business,, beware coming many will come asking investor for money thro right issue and so on..as rate rise
and fed said to keep increase anothe one or 2 round and hold longer into 2024.
worse 2024,, chances of a recession is high,, i dont know, but indicator is there,, maybe a mild one prehap..
the stock px of reit will tank and u end up paying yourself dividend..
nvr use reit as passive income, always invest for growth..
u see yourself as i wrote this post dow and nasdaq was strong earlier and now it have come down,,ppl and fund are using the strength to sell..
every rip is a trap. i will wait for the right time to buy..so is HSI..
