After 11:00 am on the 22nd, at a ramen shop at 9 Higashishiriike-cho, Nagata-ku, Kobe, an employee woman found the owner's man lying down and called 119. 

According to the Hyogo Prefectural Police, the man, believed to be a gang member in his 50s, had a gunshot wound to his head and was confirmed dead at the hospital to which he was transported.
