Jumbo HDB unit in Yishun sold for S$1.28 million, setting new town resale price record 

A jumbo executive flat at Block 654, Nee Soon Central View, has set a new HDB resale record in Yishun at S$1.28 million. The 1,948 sq ft unit, with nearly 66 years of lease left, surpasses the previous high of S$1.2 million in March 2024. It is only the second resale in Yishun to cross S$1.2 million.
