My area also the same and can see dozens of them like this everyday
so that vehicles must stop or drive in the middle of the narrow carpark road

I saw a 4 or 5 year- old girl just put her palm on the side of the car
while it was moving inside the carpark
while the car tried to drive carefully avoiding the oncoming car from opposite
the mother also hack care because she thinks the car can see the little girl's hand
