Just now see a Youngster ride his E bike in the middle of the road DAM FAST. I see him ride so fast partly no cars or motorbikes thus he full speed. I see the speed of his E Bike dam fast.

E bikes is as fast as motorbikes but their speed is supposed to be throttled at 25km/h in Singapore. Illegal ones may not have this limit.
