Fentanyl is 50 and 100 times stronger than Morphine or opium. When convicted, the sentence is imprisonment for up to 2 years and / or fined up to $50,000 under the Health Products Act. No wonder drug lords r lot worried. Better to deal with Fentanyl than opium in Singapore
