need to cover the sea that leads to the rainfall to reduce evaporation of sea water to atmosphere.
the water is of higher temperature. so same amount of sunlight will cause more water evaporation.
to stop raising sea level. cover the poles with recycle plastic white color one to reflect sunlight back into space and reduce melting. the pole melt cycle is in a shrinking cycle. lesser ice surface reduce white surface to reflect light. so more sun light reach ground. that causes more melting and so on.
