according to the same report, the jail term cud be between 3 and 14 yrs, whereas if committed in dwellings, it's up to 7 yrs and fine.
which means for different times and places, the punishments are different

There is one incident which Media will not report daily Only Once a while but it do happen daily
that is Suicide.
Used to attend one course before , this trainer told us Daily in fact there is Suicide cases just that media never report as is not say nice to report. Only once a while report here and there.
