Umm, could be because of ABSD up?  UOB owned UOL and also probably less property loans with higher ABSD.  Not really sure. I am not vested so don't follow UOB that much.

I don't think DBS owned any large stake in a property company like the way UOB owned UOL. Capitaland is not linked to DBS leow. DBS divested most of its shares in it back when it was called DBS Land.
