This has very positive net assets but not enough money for data to day operations and to service its debts.

After this crisis the Chinese govt should turn the entire property sector into HDB style public housing.
Just look at the success in Singapore.
They can wesken the property tycoons who contribute nothing to quality of life...just look at HK.
The Chinese govt has a opportunity of a life time tk demonstrate socialism with Chinese characteristics with housing.
You look at the homeless situation in US ...it's a problem capitalism cannot solve.
Despite many attacks from China fanboys, I have nothing against China...I just report good and bad news as they come.
I'm the end China does not need to take Taiwan nor does it needs to fight of the US militarily. It just need to intelligent use its opportunities to show that it can have a society that is just and fair ...and provide a better quality of life for its people. Then it wins.
It should rule the country with pragmatism not ideology.
