Test positive, just stay at home. 
Need medication, see online doctor. 
Few days, quarantine. 
Guess numbers are higher, due to ART. 
Its those with very young children and no one to fall on, that's very difficult.

That is true, the country is so poor that they are deprived of face masks, and Covid-19 vaccines.........how sad........

Don't worry la, omicron marks the end of covid crisis. Almost all cases are mild symptoms if any.

There will always be some who preferred not to see a doctor and do self-medication if they have only mild symptoms.  One could usually tell how serious these will be by comparing the case fatality rate (CFR) to the norm.  If the CFR is high;  it is likely that many new cases are not reported.  This is because the death rate is more an accurate and reliable figure.  For example,  if we compare this chart,  we can see that HK's CFR is outstanding.  This could be because many new infection cases were not reported or they are having a different type of variants which have higher death figures.
