1. Check maintenance record
2. Integrity check record
3. Train certification records after completion of maintenance
4. Lab report of the axle box and the metallurgy report
5. Training record
6. Communication record
7. Check Top management commitment again their role and responsibilities and training record and working experience
8. Review of the risk management that affects the operation.
9. Interview of top management and ground level employed
10. Check pass internal and external audit findings
11. Check mandatory regulations and requirements
12. Purchasing department
