This shows how poorly run the hospital is.
This is human life not machine… It cannot be replaced easily. The SOP must be even more stringent. Eg, can the ambulance break down on the road when there is an emergency case, if the patient is on the way to the hospital due to cardio arrest. This is about life and death situation. Any delay may affect the saving of a human life.
