Reported Singapore openly imported the largest diesel ever recorded from Russia, so, what is this tiny amount smuggled via transhipment?

Smart Singapore Govt collected port due while stupid  Hongkong does the dirty jobs and containers inspection.

Similarly during pandemic, SIA and Scoot simply flew Covid19 positive passengers from Changi airport transit to Hongkong Airport.

SIA is still No. 1
