The issue do not happened overnight, it happened lobg before, untill problems compounded, there's a group there manage all this, should be from india, is not hard to figure out they are failing to do the job, if i m mom, this is the opportunity to look at concentration of this group, it makes a good study of whether your national interest are aligned with them
