I take this kind of news with a pinch of salt. The military capability of the US is too overwhelming at the moment for other countries to catch up. Moreover, they have the help of the Israelis, who are renowned for their military innovativeness. Even big countries also went to Israel for military R&D collaboration.

Israel is overrated, remember it failed to land on the moon but China has landed many times on the moon successfully including landing at the dark side of the moon accurately.

You have to note that Israel has only a very small population but is able to do many things.

Country small or not is irrelevant, Israel has always been the leader in technology, I used to think they are the smartest race in the world until they failed to land on the moon and failed to control Covid outbreak.

Most people think China is not so advanced in technology, but guess what? it managed to land on moon accurately while smart countries like Israel and India failed badly, obviously it is not an easy mission. China also managed to build space station on its own within short period of time since the US blocks China access to ISS.

If you want to think like that there's nothing I can say. The Israeli started the programme much earlier than the Chinese but in the end had to abandon the sales of it because of pressure from the Americans. Since they couldn't make any money out of it, they decided to sell the whole design to the Chinese.
