I would like to give MP Lawrence an opportunity to prove his leadership style in the 5 areas. May he take 5 years instead of 20 years.
Stop reserving jobs for his scholars and high ranking public service.
Discipline his Ministers with demotion.
Reduce part - time Ministers by half
