It seems that we are creating jobs for them instead of they creating jobs for us.
But I realized that CECA often work as Talent Acquisition roles. Very easy for them to work here, even in agencies.

Those British Born South Asians [grew up in UK if not born there].
Ours are CECAs. Transit until find better prospects.
