Statistics may not be rigged but the assumptions or criteria applied maybe flawed. E.g I read other forum unemployed statistics will remove numbers that are saying consistently unemployed for say 6 months 1 year etc. So apply this criteria the statistics will show a different outcome altogether. Is this then rigged? Black and white is no but the criteria imposed make it that way. This is how MIW play games if this is true.
