Observers from France and the United States arrived in the Kherson region to monitor the voting process at the referendum on the region's entry into Russia, said Marina Zakharova, chairwoman of the Kherson region's election commission.

"We met with our colleagues, international observers from Serbia, Syria, India and France. Together we talked with the referendum participants, in general, everything is organized very clearly and takes place in a normal environment," she stressed.
