You know what? If the ri teachers were to be sent to neighbourhood schools, you'll get the same result. RI teachers are never good to begin with.

I know there was a teacher transferred from a lousy school in woodland to RI.
The teachers there are quite relax as they know most students have outside tuition for every damn subject. Those students who cannot afford the money for tuition would suffer.

its not a good long term investment. maybe can sell a few yrs later after children get admitted, if can find a buyer who aso want to live near that school

Balcony is good only for super high floor. For her case, even 10 balconies only like watching from the top floor car park. Useless and air pollution.
