There r many MNCs who only look for local fresh graduates. That was my time, dunno about now but I believe should have.

Govt must fix and instill social responsibility on every Govt and private companies. They cannot see every solutions based on cost alone. This type of behavior needs to be rule and instill and guided so that bad habits can be corrected. Another social ills of capitalism.

I already said many times Jobs already stolen. It is very easy to employ cheap foreigners to work in Sg company.
