Indonesia's Manpower Department already imposed this law with two day menstrual leave since 20 years ago. Malaysia is already late and Singapore still sleeping? ....

Msians need to increase their productivity,

Or to use simpur layman's language: work harder.

I know that menstrual cramps can be a terrible thing.  Maybe it is a good thing to give leave for that but at the same time, wages need to be adjusted for the loss of womanhours.

Those have MC which a doctor can give if you come down with any of those.

Menstrual pain is very debilitating for some but not ALL women.

Those who don't have unbearable menstrual pain will be laughing their way home.

Those who have it will be...well, they need it actually.
