I also don't think this is cheating or a crime. They didn't rig the machine or swap dices or steal chips. At most, the casino can ban them. Card counting is also not a crime in the legal sense.

Card counting at least for blackjack is not illegal and not a crime. In the US, at most they can ban you from the casino concerned.

Casino is a place to suck your money rather than letting you win money. Many people are just so ignorant. If you are frequently winning they will ask you leave…you could be blacklisted.
