Actually SIA's increased in load factor has nothing much to do with him but because of the travel frenzy after covid.

The citizens saved up reserves to shore up SIA during pandemic. The recovery then led to payout to the CEO, mgt etc. What happened to the citizens? Pay more gst. Lol
