MMA is a demanding sport. You have to be damned fit to enter the ring.  If you are not fit, you are only going in to lose.  Marathons are also demanding.  Both sports push you to your limit.

The general advice is not to exercise after a jab for a week or so.  Of course, if you are only doing walks in the parks, that's fine but if you are exercising for competition, then that's dangerous.  So if you are preparing for the next marathon, it is too late to start running one month before.  You actually need to be running all year round.  Likewise for training for the next world MMA match.

So I think it is best to avoid sports which are physically extremely demanding.  I have no scientific research papers to show for it, but just a layman's precaution.  It's the best I think we can do, but if even after that, people still die, I have nothing more to say lor...except that the human race is pretty screwed.

Depression is a very serious and disease that has very little understanding among Singaporeans. Once detected person has to be sent for treatment and put in an environment in which she cannot self harm. Temporarily medication to restore chemical imbalance has to be used.

Is due to " current situation " keep jab for " nothing " also daily " foods " ON Paper , Authority approve etc so call " safe for the body " but in long run you also don't know.
