I send my mom for the scope and pay $1000+.

Lucky she is all clear.

My question is while we all agree that everyone above 50 should do this very 5yrs ...there should e a debate on how to keep the cost down and should this be paid for

Koh PK should stick to his old job of poking backsides. Can help more people than by being a senior minister of state.

Cardiovascular diseases are now the leading cause of death globally, and its largest contributing factors are the terrible "three highs" (high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high blood cholesterol).
Hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia are becoming more prevalent in modern society, and the incidence of these conditions is also trending towards younger age groups.
What can we do to effectively prevent the three highs?
Let me introduce a method that could reverse the three highs, even if one has suffered from them for many years!
This is a very important lesson!

Friend works in Quanlian Industrial (Taiwan). Yesterday, he said on Whatsapp: He needs to deal with food imported from Japan because of his job. He knows something about food contaminated in Japan's nuclear disaster area. Share with you!

Some of the food exported from Japan, although the place of origin is marked with Tokyo, but marked with "(K)-Fukushima, (OI)-Tochigi" in front of the expiration date. The function is to alert their overseas Japanese citizens to be not edible.  These items are already on the shelves at Quangu / Family Family / 7-11, please pay attention!

Do warn everyone:
If the place of origin is written as Tokyo, but the manufacturer's code behind the expiry date is:
(K) = Fukushima product
(Oi) = Tochigi product
(F) = Fukuoka product
(Z) = Produced in Chiba
(A) = Gunma product
(W) = Nara product
(T) = Ibaraki product

These are written to alert Japanese to recognize the things that shouldn't be bought!

The jap is very wolf-hearted.
😡😡😡😡😡

If it’s hard to remember all these codes, just STOP buying any Japanese food in the future. Safe and sound! 😯😯

Some people suffering with severe cases of COVID-19 will show signs of kidney damage, even those who had no underlying kidney problems before they were infected with the coronavirus. Signs of kidney problems in patients with COVID-19 include high levels of protein or blood in the urine and abnormal blood work.

Studies indicate more than 30% of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 develop kidney injury, and more than 50% of patients in the intensive care unit with kidney injury may require dialysis. Sperati says early in the pandemic, some hospitals were running short on machines and sterile fluids needed to perform dialysis.

“As general treatments for patients with COVID-19 have improved, the rates of dialysis have decreased. This has helped to alleviate shortages, although intermittent supply chain disruptions remain a concern.

“Many patients with severe COVID-19 are those with co-existing, chronic conditions, including high blood pressure and diabetes. Both of these increase the risk of kidney disease,” he says.

But Sperati and other doctors are also seeing kidney damage in people who did not have kidney problems before they got infected with the virus.
