This problem is so easy to solve. Those couple with children will have their housing loan deduction.
No child, no deduction.
1 Child deducts 20k
2 Children deducts 50k
3 Children deducts 80k
4 Children deducts 120k.
5 Children onwards remain as 120k at the moment.
If 10 Children, the house is FOC.
Shd appoint me as Local Population improvement Ministar.
Am I a genius?
