HDB launched its second BTO project in Kallang/Whampoa under the prime location model, which comes with a 6% subsidy clawback clause upon the resale of such units.

ACTUALLY is NOT say don't have enough flats for Those newly web wanna start a family want to get their own home.

IS Due to " flippers ". Also some married ones already have BTO flat , also want join in want to " flip "

You go see those finished new BTO flats, just see at night , how many Units open lights, In fact all newly BTO Flats NOT ALL UNIT got people stay but owned " Because people just buy park there later flip "

Some ballot later give up partly don't have enough money to pay and pay for these HIGH PRICE BTO Flats.

The Dakota Crescent one is a really good location. Right next to a park connector that leads straight to Gardens by the Bay (or East Coast). Near to market and food centre, swimming pool, stadium and MRT stations.

The King George's Avenue is also right next to a park connector (not as nice as the Dakota one).

The Yishun ones? Umm, nice unblocked sunrise views over water?
