I am abit surprise to see the Communist China falling behind in this Crony ranking from the likes of smaller ASEAN countries, democracies like India, UK and famously neutral Switzerland... Big Grin

Why Scythian fail to check Economist's story is nothing new about SG nor about "thrusting" the Republic into what he consider as "limelight".

Obviously his Australian experience for some unexplained reason has increase his hate on SG.... Big Grin

Everything in Singapore is owned or has active participation by the government ie Temasek. I bet you China has more free enterprise than the likes of Singapore. It is never the Pappies' interest to build a local version of a Samsung, Huawei, Sony, etc as it becomes too powerful for them to control. Hence, the high ranking.

President Biden told PM Lee, you are not invited to The White House.

110 participants don't need your attendance @ the democracy meeting.

Americans do not welcome autocrat to USA, most democratic country.
