Will PM Wong be calling PAP to vote in his first 100 days for Secretary General?

"Mr Lee Hsien Loong was Singapore's Prime Minister from August 2004 to May 2024. Mr Lee is the Secretary-General of the People's Action Party (PAP). He led PAP to four consecutive Singapore General Elections victories in 2006, 2011, 2015 and 2020."

Strangely Ex PM Goh was PM from 1990 to 2004 but became PAP secretary general only in 1992 ,(2 years later)

Do you think PAP Chairman Heng Swee Keat or PM Lawrence Wong should propose to vote for Secretary General post asap?

Why shouldn't be either PAP Chairman Heng Swee Keat or PM Lawrence Wong calling the shots?

They should not wait until 2026, 2 years later like ex PM Goh waited untill in 1992.

Whereas LHL became PM and PAP Secretary General same time in August 2004.
