Noisy neighbours. I have had this for donkey years. It seems that unit is having perpetual renovation. Especially on weekends, I can hear drilling/cutting machine noise that is ear piercing, but I am unable to pin point the unit!
Noise pollution is a horrible experience. I watch the programme on TV. It seems no particular authority is responsible to solve this issue. Town Council, HDB, Police and Mediation etc, etc.
It is a real issue that no one seems interested in, including politicians!
Do we have to wait for another arson case to happen?

This is an unfortunate but another preventible incident. The weak Management of our Govt so uncollaborative in dealing with throngs of cases.
