Man admits to kicking girlfriend’s face, hitting her toddler son with mobile phone until the boy had brain injury

Three days after he was hit repeatedly by a mobile phone on the head, the toddler was admitted to hospital with symptoms of a headache, drowsiness and persistent vomiting.
