Everybody is entitled to privacy whether he is a dishwasher or manager, pauper or billionaire.

But nobody is interested in the medical records of a dishwasher.

Kathy's medical records are of great interest to a huge number of peepur because she was a celebrity.

There is no supply if there is no demand.

The supplier did an unethical thing, he was caught.

The demanders are just not caught. They aren't any more moral...  Rolleyes

According to Hong Kong news portal Dimsum Daily, the leaked record stated that Chow was admitted to the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Shunyi district on Dec 11 in an unconscious state.

It added that she had dilated pupils, bleeding conjunctiva, no pulse as well as a cold and stiff body with livor mortis (cadaver spots).

The leaked report also stated that Chow, who was found lying on the floor by her colleagues at 10am, had been facing respiratory difficulties in the past week and was under home oxygen therapy.

In response to the leaked medical report, hospital personnel confirmed it to be true and added that it would look into the matter and release investigation results to the public.

Professor Luo Xiang from China University of Political Science and Law said that according to the Criminal Law, those who sell or provide citizens' personal information to others can be sentenced to a maximum of seven years in prison.

According to the records, she was admitted to the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in an unconscious state, with her lifeless body showing signs of postmortem lividity. Furthermore, the records mention significant respiratory distress experienced by Chow on the night before her passing.

Initially, reports had suggested that Chow was taken to Peking Union Medical College Hospital. However, the leaked records state that she was urgently admitted to the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine at 11.11am on 11th December.
