Liang acting with 49 year old PR and 32 year old PR. Sounds like Liang is a PR himself who was wrongly issued citizenship to commit offences.

Tax evading should not be sentenced so lightly.
If everyone doesnt pay tax, it will a big problem.

This is what happened in US, only minority of ppl paying tax.

non local born are slap on the wrist
local born will have harsher sentences
