You are out of touch, big increments are underway for all Sporeans, average 15-20% pay rises if you change jobs, where got recession? 99% business are back to normal, maybe Australia is heading to a recession, AUD is dropping lower against SGD and USD.

China's domestic debt is presently at 180% of GDP according to World Bank.   Most of the housing or domestic loans there are short-term.
