How arrogant this guy is, just because he technically paid the salary for the law enforcer does not necessary give him the right to abuse the officer and ban the law....where did he get his education?

The policeman is just enforcing the law, no alcohol after 10.30 pm. This becomes law because of the Little India riots saga......
