Quote:Mr Chia’s lawyers argued that one of the doctors approved a treatment plan to withhold her primary heart medications — aspirin, a painkiller that reduces fever; furosemide which is used to reduce extra fluid in the body; and losartan which lowers blood pressure......

As for the change in Tan’s medication, Justice Choo noted that it had no bearing on her diagnosis or her eventual collapse in the shower. Tan was also alert and conscious when her medication was changed.

Dis judge oso TCSS. Simi logic iz dis. Drs stop patients heart meds. Patient no collapse immediately until she did so one day= Nothing to do with discontinuation of heartmeds.
At most iz say not enough evidence to prove otherwise. How he can conclusively rule out the possibility of the withdrawal of heart meds as a cause of the patient's cardiac arrest iz a mystery.

The Medical Council is like TAFEP, TADM, CASE, Union . . . .

Always turn a blind eye

NEVER vote for PAP because of

FT#1 Policy

Doctors #1 Policy, too

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Why do you think we have 59 Ministers in Union?

Even Bus Union never support bus- drivers when they were unfairly treated

Who gave Union the right to exploit the bus drivers and make them work 48 hours/ week

when the law is only 44 hours/ week

Indeed, you are right. If they are CECA, ICA would have given them PRs by now and call them Singaporeans to protect them.

Old SGTALK also has some1 bringing up a case to sue Ah- neh doctor

where the next day ended up in A&E or nearly died (can't remember the details)

It failed, too.

SG only attracts 3rd -tier CECA doctors
