He did not give his OTP. How to transfer the money?
Online banking limited transfer.

I think the scammer intercepted his phone line. Calling him is just to verify his identity and confirm the phone number belongs to him.

But the scammer needs a OTP and the victim's bank's account number in order to transfer money.................... Big Grin Thinking
