KEY POINTS
In the first day of the bankruptcy hearing for collapsed crypto exchange FTX, lawyers for the company were able to get the proceedings moved to Delaware.

FTx basically operated without rules and process but in Bahamas.

So how is US authorities going after them.

The company is registered in Bahamas so has nothing to do with US.
