A man has been shot in the head and chest and three cars have been found alight in Sydney’s south-west, in what police fear is the latest incident in the city’s gang wars.

Police were called to Canterbury Road in Campsie about 9.20pm on Tuesday after reports a man had been injured in an underground apartment block garage.
