dare they do a review when GE is coming sooner then u expect before end 2024
imho that was a test balloon to gauge public sentiment.
ministers (no job)risk earning >2m a yr still not enough
lame reason of not increasing their pay for >5 yrs is never a gd enough reason for this action given they 4g caused many blunders

The Govt is still "monitoring" their Ministers' pay. Since 2024 is round the corner, CCS will advise Sinkies to "move on" instead of dwelling on their humongous pay.

CCS probably learnt from Woody who declared that any Sinkie earning less than $1 million per year is unqualified to become a MIW Minister (mini-star).

Many are having a hard time and these ministers are enjoying time of their life. Sad for those who are struggling to make end meets. What hv our country becomes?

Our Govt wants to increase SG's population to 10 million when HDB heartlanders are already living like farm animals in pigeon holes. I guess when they pay themselves enough to live in sprawling landed homes and drive luxurious cars, there is no overcrowding in this island as far as they are concerned.
