Bacteria are GERMS, it is like a micro living organism (worms) usually only one cell. It can live outside a human body.

A virus is a MICROBE containing replicating information and will start to duplicate itself when inside another living thing. Because it is smaller than a bacteria, it can travel together with air molecules and once you breathe one of these into your body...you will be infected.

When I always tell my friends to be wary of this COVID and it might have intelligence. Some of them think I am talking nonsense, but I told them it will re-emerge and may be very difficult to eliminate. In fact only a few doctors relatives believed what I said because they know that I read a lot.
