In Malaysia, a Datuk got to donate a lot of money to get the title.

Pbm, bbm equivalent in Malaysia are : 

P.J.K. is the acronym of Pingat Jasa Kebaktian which literally mean Meritorious Service Medal . Etc.

Datuk is highest of all, only below Tun and Tan Sri.
